About Heather

On March 24, 2014 a handsome, young man of 94 years took my hand after a closing in which he sold his home that he built for his now-late wife. He told me, “You. I have met a Realtor then met another Realtor, then another. But you. You are a good one. You are a very, very, good one. Wonderful is what you are.”  And he wasn’t my client.

People tell me all the time, “I don’t know how you do what you do.” This is how…by leaving a small stamp of love on people’s souls. Having every opportunity to do so leaves me feeling grateful, even on the tougher days.

  • Two successful decades in real estate separated only by being the #2 sales advisor out of 30,000 for a jewelry sales company my first year (actually 11 months) in the business
  • Started, owned and operated a brokerage coaching agents while still maintaining top producer sales status
  • Learned from some of the top business people in the world…and now I get to give back and share it all with you. 

It was only natural for me to pivot from a lifetime of sales to coaching others. 

My favorite thing about owning my own real estate company was the coaching and training interactions I had with my agents. I had been hearing “I want to learn from you” since I was a younger agent, due to my success in sales. Now having branched into coaching people in all types of business, from real estate to corporate sales, my strategy is about tailoring the needs and why’s of the coached and creating the how’s, together. The powerful ideas and strategies that come from this one-on-one coaching are amazing and the opportunities that arise from it are endless.

I am very proud to have achieved and learned a ton in my almost half-a-century life, so it was time, and my calling, to return the favor and give back to my sales colleagues; everyone working in or making their way into, sales of any sort. Heather Stasiak is someone that I have the highest respect for and I consider her to be the most influential person in my real estate career. I could write 100 pages of things that I’ve learned from her over the almost four years we worked together, but I’ll try to keep this brief.

I was a new agent in 2016 and didn’t know where to start; I felt a little like a deer in the headlights, just needing to pick a direction to run. I was fortunate, lucky, blessed, however you want to put it, to meet Heather. She was starting her own brokerage and asked me to come along with her. I started my Real Estate career making cold calls and knocking on doors which, if you’ve done this, it is not fun or lucrative. She taught me how to take the 10 people that I knew that would refer me business and turn them into 60, then 600. She explained that more business will come with experience and exposure. “Plant the seeds…” (words I still think about weekly, if not daily), follow up consistently and learn what your clients need from you. To this day I can call Heather at any time with any questions and know she will give me much appreciated advice and feedback.

I have taken on the role of training all new agents that are brought onto my team. I reference Heather at least once a day, maybe not by name but certainly by what she had taught me; such as: “One of the worst things you can do as an agent is to have a friend not know that you’re in the business.” Having this on repeat in my head has reminded me to stay in touch with friends and clients no matter how transactional my day gets, and to keep “watering those seeds.”

I know that Heather Stasiak single-handedly made me the agent that I am today. I’ve done almost 8 million dollars of business since the pandemic started, all while enjoying a baby born in July 2020 and coaching all of my son’s sports. And I have another 7 million in active buyers currently looking. I consider myself very fortunate to call Heather my mentor, coach and most importantly, a life-long friend.
